NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with the Board’s resolution dated 20 October 2023, PESTECH (Cambodia) PLC. (“PCL”) would like to make the following amendments to the General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29 September 2023 as follows:

• Date of the Annual General Meeting: 7 December 2023 at 10:00 AM instead of the earlier announced date of 8 November 2023.
• The Record Date for the AGM is on 8 November 2023 instead of 16 October 2023.
• New item added to the Agenda:
“Approval of appointment Ms. Pan Seng Wee as Executive Director of the Company”
